America Needs a Hero Print E-mail

Well maybe not a hero, there are real heros all over America.  Those with honor, integrity and humility, but they are generally not those in the spotlight.  Perhaps it would be better put that America needs a leader.  Our politicians are lacking in leadership qualities and our industry leaders are, well they are not.  President Obama might be the leader we need but the Congress is doing its best to beat down the presidency and the Republican party is certainly one of obstructionism - that is painfully obvious.

What we seem to be lacking is a leader that can exude all the qualities that our society currently lacks.

We have little in the way of true leadership in our political arena. It is unfortunate that there is so little in the way of honor and integrity in those that happen to be in positions of leadership in this country. Yes, there are some that do possess these qualities but they are muffled in the ambient garbage of those who neither possess the same qualities nor should be in positions of leadership. The American political scene is quickly becoming a nightmare of corruption for the American people and in fact the rest of the world. Will they continue to be a beacon for those who yearn for the qualities that American (at least once did) stands for? Hard to say…
